Randall D. Naiman, Esquire
Randall D. Naiman is the Founder of Naiman Law Group, PC. Mr. Naiman was born in San Diego, CA, and admitted to the State Bar of California on July 3, 1978. Naiman Law Group, PC was established in 1995, and has been providing residential post-foreclosure eviction services to financial institutions, residential servicers, and government-sponsored enterprises for more than 25 years.
Mr. Naiman is admitted to practice before all United States District Courts in California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He received his B.A. with high honors from the University of California, Berkeley and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
Mr. Naiman is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, State Bar of California Real Property Section and American Bar Association. He has been a guest speaker at financial institution seminars and the San Diego Association of Realtors on matters related to evictions and foreclosures.
Mr. Naiman specializes in residential post-foreclosure evictions and post-foreclosure related bankruptcy matters and continually meets and exceeds the expectations of his clients through top-notch quality legal expertise.
